\nThe Travsafe\u00ae twin wire rope horizontal lifeline system provides for smooth travel compared to single line systems. The twin wire ropes allow the traveller to sit true and move freely over the intermediate anchors, minimizing wear and eliminating user assistance. \nThe Travsafe\u00ae wire rope is available in two types. Galvanized wire rope is intended for occasional use under moderate conditions. Stainless steel wire rope is recommended when frequent use of the system is planned or it is located in a severe\u00a0climate.

\nTravsafe\u00ae installation
\nThe anchors can be mounted to ceilings, wall or floors. A Travsafe\u00ae system can incorporate a combination of these mounting methods if designed and installed properly.
\nWhen mounted to the wall, a 4 to 6 ft. (1.2 to 1.8 m) distance from the floor is considered optimum.
\nWhen mounted to the ceiling, a maximum height of 60 feet (20m) between the user and Travsafe\u00ae system is recommended when using retractable lanyards. If you are using lifelines and with rope grabs, greater heights are achievable.
\nWhen mounted to the floor, it is recommended to place the system clear of the work area yet close enough to aid in the reduction of additional dynamics on the system as this configuration almost always results in higher loading<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
